- Account and identity data: When you authenticate via Kinde we receive identity information required to create and manage your account. This may include your name, email address, and a unique identifier assigned by Kinde.
- Transactional and marketing email data: If you opt in to newsletters or other communications we store your name and email address and use Twilio SendGrid to deliver emails. Email engagement data (for example, opens and clicks) may also be collected by the email provider.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We and third parties may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the website and related services.
- Authenticate and manage user accounts (via Kinde).
- Send transactional messages such as password resets, account notifications, and other system emails.
- Deliver newsletters and promotional communications when you have opted in, using Twilio SendGrid.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and user experience.
Retention
We retain telemetry and request logs (including IP addresses) for 90 days. Account and profile information collected via Kinde is retained for as long as your account exists or as required to comply with legal obligations. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures; certain information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period. Legal basis and your rights
Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interests (for example, to provide services, secure the website, and analyze usage). Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or obtain a copy of your personal data.
